Owners were friendly and welcoming, we had privacy when we wanted it. pool was lovely and clean. Kitchen and room were tidy and well resented. will stay again if we go back to kerikeri. The friendly people and clean rooms made the stay amazing. Sabine Sharpe 21 Jan 2011 Stay there twice, really good experience I've had. The location is very near to the city centre, 3mins by walk. Staff there are pretty kind and helpful. Most important the price is very cheap. I am sure you will love and get a lot of fun there. Really recommend. Sookoo China - 27 Aug 2010 lucky enough to have stayed at this place on the day of opening after a complete refurbishment. I cant comment on what it was like before, but now its a great hostel, well more like a hotel really. Clean,friendy , good staff and great value for money. Its only 100 metres from the main town area. I was even given a free ride to the airport which would have cost me more than the nights acc. just for the Taxi. Free internet was really useful in keeping in touch with family and friends at any time. The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, even helping me look for jobs I could possibly do in the area. The best bit was it was quiet, yet close enough to town for me to get to, important as I have problems walking long distances. I will be calling here again! I had travelled for 10 months in New Zealand now, and it was one of the best and cheaper place that I stayed. Swimming pool, free internet, free bike and the atmosphere with the other roommates make this place very special. Also the room was with only four bed and the kitchen and the toilette was clean.
